About this Book
Why There Is No Climate Crisis is a groundbreaking book that presents compelling evidence challenging the prevailing climate change narrative.
With over 1,300 footnotes, the book provides convincing and well-documented evidence that we have mild warming and no climate crisis.

The book reviews the evidence and reasons why severe weather events are declining, not increasing, how warm periods have consistently brought prosperity and less severe weather, while cold periods have devastated civilizations, why climate models overestimate warming by nearly two and one-half times, and why we’re likely entering a cold cycle after 2030.
The Evidence You Should Know

Climate Cycles
Climate Has Always Been Cyclical
Paleoclimatology, glacier records, tree line elevations, sea level rise and historical records show us that climate has always been cyclical. We have had warm periods before the use of fossil fuels. We are currently in a warm natural climate cycle and about half of recent warming is from natural variation. Natural climate cycles turn colder after 2030.

Less Severe Weather
Warming Lessens Storm Severity
Modern weather observational measurements, meteorological theory, and paleo reconstructions of past storm history all reveal that cold climates induce more severe weather, while warm climates have more moderate storms. Droughts are also more severe in cold climates, since cold air holds less moisture than warm air.

Modest Warming
Greenhouse Gas Warming is Modest
Accepted equations, software, and lapse rate calculations all confirm modest warming from greenhouse gases. Burning all known fossil fuel reserves results in only a one-degree Celsius temperature increase because carbon dioxide's power to warm declines logarithmically as concentrations increase. Science, confirmed by observations, reveals that the net effect of all climate feedbacks is cooling, further limiting the impact of greenhouse gases.

Benefits of Warming
Cold is Dangerous, Not Warming
Warming and abundant carbon dioxide increase agricultural productivity. History shows us that warm periods—the Bronze Age, Roman Era, High Medieval Period and Modern Warming—have all been times of plenty. Cold periods of the 4.2ka BP event, Greek Dark Ages, Dark Ages, and Little Ice Age were all times of poor harvests, starvation, malnutrition, disease, rebellions, and civilization collapse.

What Our Readers are Saying
“I think this is the best—the most definitive and well documented—book on climate change.”
DAVID COLLUM
Cornell University Professor of Chemistry
"Thomas Kurz's book, Why There Is No Climate Crisis, could hardly be better named. Indeed, there is no climate crisis. The book guides readers with little or no prior familiarity with climate science through the basic issues. It explains the mechanism of warming by greenhouse gases and shows that these gases make a minor contribution to the natural warming that began with the end of the Little Ice Age, and coincidentally, with the beginning of the Industrial Revolution."
WILLIAM HAPPER
Professor Emeritus of Physics, Princeton University
“Why There Is No Climate Crisis is well-researched pushback against the most massive scientific fraud in human history."
TOM NELSON
Host of the Tom Nelson Podcast and Producer of Climate the Movie
